Ben Elisondo, Jr.

With a generous heart, Benjamin Elisondo Jr. brings enthusiasm to training and development in many areas. Ben is currently employed at California State University, Northridge as the Manager of Operations, Safety, and Training in the Facilities Department. His leadership there with 15 years in a safety and training capacity was instrumental in the recovery effort of the 1994 Northridge Earthquake. He served the campus on numerous committees and represents CSU, Northridge on local, regional, and national boards. He has received the Governor’s Safety Award for his creative, dynamic, and progressive safety programs at CSU, Northridge.
Ben has conducted webinar presentations for the California State University Systemwide Office. He has served on several regional and national boards, task forces, and committees such as Board of Directors for APPA and the Pacific Coast Region of APPA. Ben enjoys meeting new people, helping and encouraging others to achieve their full potential and greatness.
He received his undergraduate degree from CSU, Northridge and his currently pursuing a master’s degree in Public Administration. He is highly involved in the community and the facilities profession. Ben volunteers at the American Red Cross as a First Aid and CPR Instructor. Ben enjoys public speaking and networking with other facilities professionals.
