Sandi is a can-do woman. She loves to address teams under stress and transform them into proud teams who deliver results. She uses all levels of her awareness to see what is going on with people and teams so that she can analyze, develop and implement a more efficient way to build on their strengths.

Sandi has walked her talk with a history in establishing new businesses, turnaround operations, and multi-site management. She believes a company’s profits are directly tied to the success of the teams and leaders driving the process. She can develop creative and effective training programs in the areas of management, human resources, marketing and recognition, including facilitating change, supervisory skills, counseling and coaching for success, time management, setting and reaching goals (personal and company-wide), and creating “fun” in the workplace.

With a Bachelors of Science Degree in Healthcare Management from Metropolitan College in Denver, Colorado, Sandi wrote an Administrator-in-Training manual that received accreditation by the college. She has worked with a variety of industries, including Albertson’s, American Retirement Corporation, Citicorp (PFS), Frontier Airlines, Marriott, and Sun Healthcare. She and her teams were awarded Customer Satisfaction Awards every quarter for four years, amounting in significant bonus incomes.

Sandi is a mother of three, with three “adorable” granddaughters. When not spending time with her family, she plays golf, reads, travels and roller blades.
