Welcome to Happy Hour — a two to three hour event that lifts people out of disappointment, despair and paralysis, and connects them to purposeful work.  Happy Hour provides teams, departments and organizations an opportunity to get recharged and find their spirit of teaming, learning and communicating. In these times of intense pressure, it takes something to be open-hearted, open to the adventure, and open to work.  

Happy Hour is a celebration of discovery, where we learn to party at work.  Party is the expression of joy, well-being and peace.  Let’s go beyond the blame, beyond the misery and beyond the ho-hum.  Happiness lies beyond.

When you are not happy, you are stuck in the mind somewhere. The mind will give you reasons to be unhappy and there are reasons aplenty: the economy, the bills, your boss, the kids, the car, your medical issues. All worries can ramp up the mind to block happy from coming or staying there once it arrives. The worry likes to keep you and your sphere of influence small, bundled tight and contained.
When happy arrives, it comes in as an essence or frequency that floods in to lift you past your troubles. Happy buoys you and your troubles to a new place. In your happy place, there is hope for a new day. Happy likes to keep you open and expanded.
