A. INTRODUCTION
  • Welcome to the first official “happy hour”
  • What is happy? What does it take?
  • Connecting with the audience with a story, question, idea
(engage them with YOU, a way you connect to the world)
  • How many of you desire more energy?
  • How many of you have too much energy?
  • How many of you desire new ways to deal with stress?
  • This is an opportunity to….
B. BLOCKS/OBSTACLES/DRAINERS TO HAPPY

Interaction around any of the above

  • Introduce WORRY/DOUBT: who’s good at this?
    Why do we do it?
  • Introduce ANGER/FRUSTRATION and
    CRITICISM/BLAME
  • Play with each to bring the lift; fun stories
  • Connect to how they affect energy/communication/connection
C. DEMONSTRATION/GAME/EXERCISE

Showcase or play with what the blocks/drainers do

  • Two people up front, using the spiritual technology
    to demonstrate holding and not
  • Provide situations where they can see the difference
between holding (“think of a tough day where you
end it and feel good about what you did”) vs
not holding (“think about a tough day
where you end feeling exhausted and drained”)
  • Give some typical communication examples where most
people get caught in worry/doubt/anger/frustration, etc.
  • Involved the audience by testing the front row of folks too
D. OFFER UP ANOTHER APPROACH
  • Get them involved in what they could think/feel/do differently
  • Instead of worry/doubt—hope and trust
    anger/frustration—courage and focus
    criticism/blame—listening and learning
  • This could be a focus tool, story, new perspective
  • lead them through the expanding heart
E. SO WHATCHA GONNA DO ABOUT IT?

This is the “so what”, stories about what holding/happy/
connection can bring us

  • my stories about what changed as I did the expanding
heart when I first learned it (grocery story, airport,
    train station)
  • give them specific direction to do it often, use it for next
    month, till it becomes theirs
F. WRAP UP

Appreciation of the time together

  • reinforce whatever is your key “happy” place
  • encourage the ones in charge to reinforce the message
  • •Put up signs “Is your heart open?” as reminders

  • thank you and goodbye!
