About Go Green Learning

Go Green Learning is a team of engaging, innovative, courageous individuals who bring learning to the workplace as facilitators, trainers and designers. Go Green Learning was born in 2007, and All Ways Collect, our holding company, was begun in 1992 and incorporated in 1998.

Our focus is on transforming your in-vironment, the inner part
of a person that sabotages their efforts and retards their learning.
That means transforming managers into leaders, leaders into
individuals, and teams into their greatness.

Learning is essential every step of the way–for you, for me and for us all. And when our image doesn’t look so good, or we’re not seen as perfect, or we’re wrong in a sea of “right” people, that’s the time to learn about the life that exists outside the corporate rigidity of how we must be, and step into the learning of what we can be.

We work in the areas of leadership development, teambuilding, stress management and all aspect of communication skills, (conflict resolution, presentation skills, customer service, etc), and our focus is to activate more character, principle and power in each individual.


Our Approach:

Learning and fun go hand in hand. That has been a truth we’ve discovered over the gazillion years we’ve been training. And in order for learning to be fun, it has to carry truth that can be used long after the training or individual instruction, while relaxed or under incredible pressure. We know that lasting change requires heart, and our approach is to engage the heart of each individual so that they can be the example for others to follow.

We provide usable tools and increased awareness. The model below shows what it takes to learn anything: a new sport, new thought process or new approach. We start with AWARENESS—without it, we stay the same—stuck. Then life pulls us up that steep slope to AWKWARD, and here is where character and heart showcase their impact, because it can be fast if we don’t resist. It can be grueling if we do. And what awaits us is DISCIPLINE, the actual tools and approaches that work. In fact discipline is repeating what works. And as a result, we actually get to EASE. And as a reward, life repays us for a job well done by giving us more to face, and we’re back to AWARENESS and continue upward on the learning curve.

Our style is unique. We go beyond lecture and discussions to include demonstrations, video clips, large and small group activities, recordings, practice sessions, assessments, music and communication games. And all of this is customized to bring the most out of your organization for greater productivity and impact.
