We have worked with Los Angeles Freightliner for three years. Over the past year we have designed 1-1 management coaching on anger management, conflict resolution, communication skills and team training efforts focused on greater customer service. This quarter we’ve focused on more effort working individually with upcoming managers, improving their leadership and communication skills.
