Gail has been working with our staff at the LA Gay and Lesbian Center for the past two years. In helping me raise the bar of professionalism in our work unit, Gail enagages her skill of intuition about people with solid organizational tools to assist people in connecting with their ability to function well at work. Working with employees to let go of old behaviors and patterns in order to find greater meaning in their work and their outcomes are areas in which Gail is truly talented. She has been an amazing coach and advisor to me.
