1-ON-1 INSTRUCTION
Personalized instruction and coaching is the preferred means of learning for many busy managers and leaders. It offers the opportunity to learn in a confidential setting around the gaps in skills and awareness relevant to the individual manager, according to their own schedule. That is such a plus these days!
People are smart, but they don’t always know how to learn. Learning requires providing the environment that opens up the “in-vironment’ where receptivity to new ideas can be explored, and defenses can be released. We specialize in this type of instruction, and managers tell us on a regular basis that they have learned life skills and parenting tools from their new leadership and communication skill building.
What we can do for your company:
· Design a 1-1 coaching package for a single manager or leader based on your budget, time frame, and desired depth of learning. This can be developed around performance review targets, or designated behavior changes attached to a probationary period.
· Design 1-1 coaching packages for several key managers, who have similar or different skills to be developed, but similar time frame requirements
· Provide a day of 1-1 coaching, affording team members the chance to sign up for individual sessions, after a team building or customized workshop. One of our coaches would come to your facility and schedule meetings throughout the day with various interested employees, allowing time to realign, recharge and refocus around pending obstacles.
