Retool and Refuel is a fun, engaging opportunity to align and renew leadership teams. Leaders can bring a new energy to their organizations, departments and teams when they demonstrate the new. We inspire far more in what we exemplify than in what we say. We have been saying a lot and leading little. Those at the top must clear out old baggage of leadership and business to ride the current wave of change. If they do, they can infuse the energy of renewal into their environments. That’s what Retool and Refuel is all about.

Executives tend to be the least aligned teams within any organization. But if they become aligned behind a common vision and purpose, truly magical accomplishments can be achieved, with fulfillment for all. The impossible becomes possible. Communication opens up and enthusiasm is ignited at all levels. It is time for all to learn.

We design Retool and Refuel based on your team, environment and what works now. We work with your team to connect each leader to the spirit, vision and courageous direction that is theirs to hold. Here are a few sample formats:

· Part of a Current Meeting. Your work will be the main focus while we work within that to bring applied learning, e.g. more open communication patterns, resolving existing conflicts, active listening, etc.

· Half day – 1 day Meeting In-house, as a stand alone or part of a larger event, to align team members around current initiatives and principles that retool and refuel themselves, and therefore recharge the organization

· 1 day – 2 day Retreat setting where vision, purpose, change and practical application can be explored in a new environment. Settings can range from a local hotel to a golf course or sailing excursion.
